Earning my doctorate in Organizational Leadership strengthened my ability to support individuals, teams, and emerging clinicians within the systems they live and work in -blending clinical insight with organizational wisdom to foster clarity, alignment and sustainable well-being.
While I continue to serve Baylor Scott & White Health through staff support initiatives, I am equally passionate about this small boutique practice dedicated to supporting non-Baylor Scott & White helpers and learners across Texas.

Private, Self-Pay Care Only
I'm a self-pay, out-of-network provider. I don’t bill any insurance company, employer plan, or state program directly.
This choice is intentional: it removes the conflicts and paperwork that compromise your privacy and keeps your care truly off-the-record.
If you want to seek reimbursement from your carrier, I'll provide a superbill after each session for you to submit. You'll also get a Good Faith Estimate up front—so there are no surprises, and you stay in complete control of your care and your data.
